Grand Harbor Marina was a beautiful and very modern facility, situated right on the border of Mississippi and Alabama. In fact they have a mailing address in Alabama and a physical address in Mississippi. One of THE major attractions of this area is Shiloh National Park. This is THE site of one of the bloodiest battles in the civil war. 24,000 men from both sides die in this two day battle. This was a must see for us. Apparently it was for the crew of Marco Polo and Blue Line as well. Henk who is a Gold Looper having done this loop before, took charge and booked the courtesy car. He invited Ron and Karlene from Blue Line as well as Terri and I to tag along. We all jumped at the chance.
